Nano Infusion Stainless Sinks 

The colour is infused to the top section of stainless-steel becoming part of the stainless steel & not a coating.

While stainless steel is very durable, it is normal for stainless steel to scratch with everyday use from cleaning crockery, porcelain bowls and utensils.

Scratches, scuffs, and marks will show, as a precaution it is advisable to use a Nano Grid Protector tray.

 

NOTE : 

  • Do not leave pots, pans, metal items sitting in the sink bowl. 
  • The grey black stainless colour bowls appear darker in a shaded area and greyer in a brighter area. The colour may vary through different colour productions and the colour appearance may change slightly in different lighting. We do not recommend colour matching as the Nano Stainless Sinks are a blended colour. The colour will appear darker in smaller bowl sizes, as less light will be exposed to the sink and there will be more shadows.

  • Marks, Scratches and scuffs are more visible on a dark finish sink, we highly recommend the use of a GRID Protector (Sold Separately) on Anthracite Finish Sinks. 

 
Shipping and Returns

Delivery and Delivery Charges

Hardware & Handles NZ Ltd uses a $9.75 freight charge for all guest checkout orders within New Zealand.

For trade customers freight will be calculated and added after checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but the vast majority of all our orders have reached our New Zealand customers within 1-3 business days of order.

Orders made by customers for delivery addresses outside New Zealand will not immediately be charged; we will instead collect the details of your order and get in touch with you to confirm delivery charges for your order to your country.

Returns

Because we pride ourselves on the speed of our delivery and do our utmost to despatch your order as soon as we possibly can, it is not possible to cancel or alter your order once it has been confirmed. However, once you have received your goods, we are happy to exchange them for you if you have changed your mind. For the purposes of such exchanges:

The goods being exchanged must be returned to Hardware & Handles NZ Ltd in the original, unopened condition.

Goods you get as a replacement must be of the same or lower value than the original purchase.

You must meet all postage costs for both the return of your original purchase as well as the despatch of the replacement goods.

Customers have the right to return any goods deemed faulty or damaged in transit for a replacement. The following conditions apply terms returned in these circumstances:

  • Where goods are being returned due to a fault or damage, they must be in original condition. 
  • Where return is due to a fault, the customer must contact Hardware & Handles NZ Ltd within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Damaged items must not be signed for at the time of delivery and must be rejected - a new replacement will be sent as soon as possible.

Hardware & Handles NZ Ltd will cover the freight costs involved for the return and replacement of any faulty or defective goods.
